Responsibilities:
* Partner with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans for all hospitality operations.
* Identify and address key operational challenges, recommending and implementing solutions for improvement.
* Set clear performance metrics and monitor progress towards achieving operational goals.
* Recruit, develop, and mentor staff to ensure they possess the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.
* Motivate and empower teams to achieve operational goals and exceed expectations.
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Skills:
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education:
Bachelors
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
* 10+ years of experience in hospitality operations, with a proven track record of success in leading and managing complex operations.
* In-depth knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
