Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain executives schedules, including meetings, travel, and appointments.
Prepare internal and external communications, memos, reports, and presentations.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries.
Screen and direct incoming calls and correspondence, ensuring timely response and follow-up.
Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation, both electronic and physical.
Prepare expense reports and process reimbursements.
Plan and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Liaise with internal teams and external partners on behalf of the executive.
Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience supporting C-level executives.
Bachelors degree required.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an executive assistant, senior administrative assistant, or similar role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
