Responsibilities:
Calendar Management:
Coordinate and manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Anticipate and prioritize calendar conflicts, ensuring efficient use of executive's time.
Communication Management:
Handle and screen phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of executives.
Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
Meeting Coordination:
Arrange and coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistical details are managed.
Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and follow-up documentation.
Travel Arrangements:
Coordinate travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Prepare travel itineraries and ensure executives are well-prepared for trips.
Document Management:
Maintain and organize executive files, documents, and confidential information.
Assist with document preparation, proofreading, and editing.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience with calendar management tools and travel booking platforms.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Education:
Associate
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
