Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Oversee HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Maintain employee records, handle personnel issues, and ensure compliance with HR policies.
Finance:
Assist in financial activities, including budget preparation, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
Collaborate with the finance team to manage accounts payable and receivable.
Logistics:
Coordinate logistics and supply chain activities, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
Work with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and agreements.
Administrative Duties:
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence.
Facility Management:
Oversee office facilities, ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as necessary.
Communication and Coordination:
Act as a central point of contact for internal and external communication.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless operations.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
5+ years of experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Education:
Associate
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role.
Comprehensive knowledge of HR practices, finance principles, logistics, and administrative procedures.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
