        Responsible to assist customers and stores in carrying out the credit services process related to delinquent accounts as well as processing accounts for litigation and bankruptcy. Assist in all areas of the Credit Services Department.Schedule:Wednesday - Saturday 9a-8p(Saturday's are required)Responsibilities:-Prepare and mail various letters including but not limited to: bad checks, collections, FOI, audits, and general response letters.-Prepare account audits and mail, fax, or email to the appropriate party.-Evaluate, research, and validate requests for customer account adjustments. Make necessary and accurate adjustments to accounts in accordance with company and departmental policies.-Provide superior support to customers, retail stores, dealers, and other company departments by providing the requested information or workable solutions to the customer account, billing, bankruptcy, credit granting, and/or litigation matters in a timely and courteous manner.-Receive customer payments, post to customer accounts following established payment acceptance policy.         Manufacturer in Mulberry is looking for Production Workers to join their 2nd shift!Monday - Friday 3:00pm - 11:30pmResponsibilities:-Build boxes, clean and maintain printers, keep track of tools and equipment and ensure all needed supplies are available. -Under the direct supervision of the Shift Supervisor the Production Operator is primarily responsible for the efficient operation of duties and responsibilities assigned in the operation of equipment. -Inspects and prepares product per SOPs -Threads and splices new material onto old, as required, and/or packages slits or handles material. -Sets up and adjusts equipment including, coaters, winding, finishing and other duties as assigned to maintain product quality. -Monitors equipment per requirements vs. schedule to assure efficient completion. -Records production and raw material usage manually and electronically per SOPs. -Cleans machinery, equipment and work area as scheduled and as needed -Communicates and cooperates with other crew member to maintain quality, operational efficiency and safety. -Identifies and labels hazardous waste materials for proper disposal. -Recommends and implements methods to increase the quality of products and/or services -Ability to serve on Teams for quality, safety, waste reduction and lean principles. -Participates in self-development activities and training of others. -Exhibits safety awareness and safe work practices. -Performs other related duties as may be reasonably assigned in the course of business. -Exhibits good environmental practices and procedures consistent with job(s) performed and EMS (Environmental Management System) requirements.Working hours: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PMSkills:- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. - Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers. - Able to operate independently and as a member of a team. - Able to read and follow SOPs, labels, and instructions. - Ability to use computer and internal software systems to input dataEducation:High SchoolExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:-High School diploma or the equivalent. -Previous manufacturing experience a plus i.e. production environment. -Steel Toe Boots Required Apply NowSpherion has helped thousands of people just like you find work happiness!         An industry leading beverage manufacturing company is looking for Production Workers to join their growing team!6:00pm - 6:30am (must be able to work 12 hour shifts and rotating weekends)Responsibilities:- Monitor packing quality and security of finished product to be packed.- Keeps line flowing at peak performance.- Coordinate with bottling leads and bottling personnel on product changeovers.- Maintain a basic knowledge of forklift operations, and of all bottling room machinery and procedures.- Operates all equipment safely, maintaining proper speeds and clearances to ensure all personnel, materials, and equipment are safe at all times.- Prepares product to be shipped using FIFO methodology when necessary.- Observes packages moving along conveyor for defects, code accuracy, product specifications, and quality seal along the top and bottom of packages.- Conduct appropriate preventative maintenance activities on machinery and operate in a responsible manner that is in line with company?s SOPs.- Monitor, clean, and maintain machinery and equipment to make sure they are continuously operating correctly and efficiently.- Maintain inventory of packaging materials.- Assists in weekly and end of month label inventory process.- Able to hand pack whenever needed.- Record code dates on boxes according to product specs.- Perform Weekly Machinery Shutdowns PMs and cleaning.- Follows all company policies and procedures regarding GMPs, SOPs and Quality standards.- Other duties as assigned or required.Working hours: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AMSkills:- Willingness to cross-train and work with a variety of machines and equipment- Attention to detail- Ability to stand on feet for entire shift (8-12 hours)- Ability to bend, squat, lift, twist, stand without accommodation- Ability to lift up to 40lbsEducation:High SchoolExperience:0-1 yearsQualifications:- High School Diploma/GED required- 6 months of food manufacturing experience required; experience in beverage manufacturing preferred- Able to adapt to schedule changes, long and irregular hours- Ability to work in a hot environment- Ability to adhere to dress code requirements- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus 3 ways to apply!1.
