This individual is required to inspect product to ensure it meets customer expectations as well as Standard Operating Procedures and work Instructions to ensure the production of a quality product. This individual works to achieve the financial, delivery, manufacturing and Quality goals of the company.Responsibilities:Review all print and customer requirements to manufacture a quality part.Follow all work instructions and standard operating procedures within the facility.Support lean manufacturing, continuous improvement and SPC programs.Perform dimensional inspections, SPC data collection and First Piece Production approvals on all products to maintain customer requirements, ISO and GMP requirements.Use, all-types of measuring instruments including micrometers, calipers, height stands.Complete and Audit paperwork.Provide input for continuous improvement.Improve methods for inspection, machining, and routing.
