Inbound and/or outbound customer service support, ensuring delivery of accurate, complete, and timely information pertaining to member coverage and claim status.
Printing and distributing monthly claim reports.

Filing stop-loss claims to reinsurance carriers monthly. No prior experience required.
Preparing Health Plan Documents using MS Word.
Additional duties may be assigned as needed for special projects or within the scope of knowledge and training.
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience with health insurance terminology is preferred.
Education:
High School
Experience:

Qualifications:
High School Diploma required.
Experience with health insurance terminology is preferred.
Capability to prioritize and organize work assignments to meet deadlines.
Able to work independently and as part of a team with little supervision.
Knowledge with MS Office skills, particularly Excel and Word
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Attention to detail and the ability to make appropriate decisions based on the information presented.
Excellent data-based, problem solving, and organizational skills.
