Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team.
Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules for electrical and mechanical systems.
Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical and mechanical issues.
Manage automation projects, including programming and system integration.
Utilize CAD software to design and modify equipment layouts and schematics.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices and safety procedures.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operation and minimal downtime.

Skills:
Associate's degree in Electrical Technology, Mechanical Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance supervision, automation engineering, or a related role.

Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including troubleshooting and repair.
