In this role, you will be responsible for providing total support for all production equipment and services. This includes troubleshooting and performing both preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime. Saint Peter - 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 7:30AM-4:00PM
Mankato - 2nd Shift, Monday-Thursday, 3:30PM-2:00AM
Responsibilities:
- Provide complete support for all production equipment and services.
- Troubleshoot machine issues while minimizing downtime.
- Perform preventive maintenance, repair, and replacement of parts on production equipment.
- Work with operators to optimize machine utilization.
- Assist with product changeovers.
- Collaborate with the production supervisor to plan daily support priorities.
- Assist the engineering team to resolve quality and process issues.
- Perform line operation when needed.
- Complete facility and ground maintenance.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager.
Skills:
- One year of experience with electronic assembly.
- Familiarity with pneumatics, hydraulics, and/or PLCs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work well with others.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in electronics, hydraulics, robotics, maintenance, or a related field is required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of electronics.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent computer skills with a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work effectively with a team or independently as needed.
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
