This position will be responsible for grant management of the CDC BOLD grant activities and will be housed within the Division of Public Health, Bureau of Aging and Disability Resources, Office on Aging. You will work under the supervision of the Adult Protective Services and Dementia Unit Supervisor, with active collaboration from the project's principal investigator and Office on Aging fiscal staff. The grant manager will work closely with internal and external partners throughout the grant period, coordinate various project evaluations, oversee the budget and timeline, and complete all required federal reporting.

Position Activities:
Grant management duties including but not limited to:
- Management of project budget and budgetary reporting to CDC.
- Adhering to project timelines.
- Coordination of evaluation of individual and overall grant activities.
- Fulfilling other CDC reporting and accountability requirements.
- Oversight of all individual projects funded under the grant.
- Coordination between all grant-funded projects.
- Coordination with CDC and other BOLD grantees.
- Development of materials for publication.
- Travelling as required.
Required Qualifications:
- Considerable ability to work under general supervision and independently exercise sound judgment.
- Familiarity with Wisconsin's county-based service system, including local public health departments.
- Skill in establishing and maintaining cooperative and effective working relationships with a variety of partners, both internally and externally.
- Skill in delivering highest quality customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Knowledge of dementia, including the needs of people living with dementia and their families.
- Considerable knowledge of computer-based system applications, such as MS Word and MS Excel.
- Extensive skills in written and oral communication, to be able to convey complex information and issues to department decision-makers, community advocates and the general public.
- Ability to prepare clear, concise, and complete reports, correspondence, and supporting documentation.
- Extensive skill in organization, establishing priorities, and managing work assignments to meet deadlines.
