Typical accounting services include payroll processing, posting journal entries to the general ledger, maintaining both AP and AR records, reconciling balance sheet accounts, preparing and analyzing financial statements, assisting in the preparation of the annual budget.Responsibilities:1. This position would be great for someone who loves working in a warehouse environment and who can work a rotating shift schedule.The schedule for this position is 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am. You'll work both days and nights with days off throughout the week. (essentially only working about 15 days out the month). The pay for this position is $14.15 per hour. Once hired on with the company, they pay FULL BENEFITS!Responsibilities:Startup and close down of their machine as necessaryRoutine checks and preventative maintenance of equipmentEfficient completion of final assembly and then packaging processes (such as applying fastenings or ties) if requiredProduct labeling and inspection of final productCompletion of distribution documentation may also be a responsibility of packaging operatorsMay be required to move completed boxes of products ? operation of a forklift for those who are qualifiedMaintaining cleanliness of equipment and work areaReporting issues when they arise ? this should be done quickly to minimize any impact on the efficiency of productionQuality checks of their equipment, process or product in accordance with the site?s quality requirementsMaintaining all relevant documentation for their equipment and/or process.
