Responsibilities:

• Complete quality takeoffs and project estimates
• Interpret specifications, drawings, and bid documents
• Prepare and present project proposals
• Attend pre-bid and progress meetings as needed
• Request and review quotes from vendors/subcontractors
• Manage project timelines, subcontractor schedules, and budgets
• Track RFIs, change orders, and project scope adjustments
• Coordinate with owners, architects, and subcontractors
• Oversee material, production, and project cost tracking
• Ensure quality workmanship and enforce safety protocols
• Handle project closeout and final documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management preferred (or 5+ years equivalent experience)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and PM software
• 3+ years in a project management role preferred
• Strong multitasking, communication, and leadership skills
