Spherion Staffing is currently seeking a Provider Management Specialist to join the Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) within the Division of Medicaid Services (DMS). This fully remote position will support Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) providers in completing the Wisconsin Medicaid enrollment process. Youll play a key role in helping providers access Medicaid services, improving healthcare access across Wisconsin, and ensuring proper documentation is submitted.

Responsibilities:
- Guide HCBS providers through the Medicaid enrollment process
- Troubleshoot application issues, resolve errors, and ensure all documentation is accurate
- Verify licensing, certification, and caregiver background check documents
- Provide support and clear communication to HCBS providers
- Collaborate with the Program Participation Oversight (PPO) team and escalate issues when necessary
- Track work progress, report outcomes, and provide feedback on process improvements
Qualifications:
- Organizational skills and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- Experience with long-term care waiver services or HCBS providers is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and OneNote
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and work independently
