This position will require excellent communication skills, problem solving skills and the ability to use good judgment in evaluating situations. This position must utilize good decision-making skills while working with sensitive material and maintaining confidentiality.Responsibilities:Typical Work:? Create invitation lists & logs event reservations in various data bases.? Maintain case files and track status to keep Council Representatives apprised of deadlines.? Schedules various meetings and hearings for Council Representatives.? Assists with flyers, membership mailings, rally preparation work, and event preparation.? Inventory and track stock of promotional items.? Maintains financial records and works with council staff to ensure proper documentation is recorded.?
