Connecting candidates with a fulfilling career opportunity enables them to live the life they love!This position is Base + IncentiveResponsibilities:What You'll Do:- Expand Spherion???s client base!- Generate new business through outbound opportunities and conduct in person calls/contacts through prospecting- Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads- Research prospective clients and acquiring high-level contacts- Methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales pipeline; maintain a high volume of activity including outbound cold calls, emails and social selling- Book meetings with hiring managers- Conduct high level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts- Work with Clients to obtain qualified job requirements and educate Clients on Spherion' service offerings. - Responsible for increasing the number of qualified hiring contacts in existing CRM tools - Track vendor agreements and complete accurate invoicing information- Locate contractors working at Client locations and refer them to recruiting (recruitment lead generation)- Meet or exceed weekly goal expectationsWorking hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PMSkills:What You'll Need To Succeed:- Bachelor s Degree and or equivalent work experience- Able to build meaningful relationships with our customers, prospects and internal teams- Can do attitude- Serious work ethic!
