Partner with department leaders to evaluate staffing requirements, develop precise job descriptions, and define the transportation brokerage sector hiring criteria
Leverage diverse sourcing channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals, to attract exceptional candidates
Review resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and facilitate subsequent interviews with hiring managers to ensure a streamlined and professional candidate experience
Establish and nurture a robust pipeline of passive candidates for key positions, proactively addressing anticipated staffing needs in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Oversee the complete hiring lifecycle, from offer negotiation through onboarding, to ensure seamless integration and success for new hires
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience)
Minimum of five years of recruitment experience, with a preference for expertise in transportation or logistics

Qualifications:
- Proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards such as Indeed
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to build exceptional relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment while effectively managing multiple priorities
- Knowledge of the transportation brokerage industry, including critical roles and requisite competencies, is advantageous
- Unwavering professionalism, integrity, and discretion in managing confidential information
- Responsibilities and tasks may evolve over time, with or without prior notice, to meet organizational needs
- This position demands a strategic and proactive leader with extensive knowledge of recruitment trends, superior interpersonal abilities, and a commitment to cultivating high-performing teams to support the organization's expanding operations
