        The primary responsibility of this position is to provide assistance to the partners and advisors of the firm. This includes organizing and ensuring proper completion of client forms, addressing and follow-up on client service issues, money movement, answering phone calls, and performing various tasks as needed. Must be comfortable engaging clients to resolve any service matters.The work schedule is flexible but ideally would be Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.Responsibilities:-Perform administrative and support functions for the day-to-day office operations-Answer telephone inquiries from clients-Assemble, organize, coordinate, and maintain all client paperwork.-Communicate with clients to complete new accounts, asset transfers, and other forms.-Handle routine service matters for client accounts to include processing name and address changes, account applications, and bank authorizations/money movement.-Maintain client record management system-Assist with other duties and projects as assignedWorking hours: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PMSkills:Sharp technical skills, able to learn new software quicklyExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalTime management, planning and organizationResourcefulDetail orientedEducation:No Degree RequiredExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:-Minimum of 2 years experience in financial services/brokerage or related industry experience-Previous customer service experience required-Dedication to detail and accuracy of all forms, letters, emails, etc.-Ability to organize, prioritize and handle multiple tasks-Adept in Microsoft Word and Excel-Knowledge of client record management system preferred-Must be a self-starter and be able to take initiative-The ability to accept working independently in a small office environment To be considered for this exceptional opportunity please apply directly uploading a copy of your resume in Word.Spherion has helped thousands of people just like you find work happiness!
