      Spherion Staffing is currently recruiting for a Remote LMS Administrator to work with a local healthcare facility in the Temple area. The Learning Management System Administrator supports the accomplishment of our client's strategic objectives by managing the LMS which supports system-wide compliance and record-keeping of the learning function. The LMS is the system for recording all learning, and the LMS Administrator is responsible for all day-to-day functionality. This is a full-time opportunity working for 6 months with the opportunity to convert to a permanent employee afterwards. Equipment will be mailed to the candidate selected to start for the role.Responsibilities:Day-to-day management of LMS, including implementation and support of LMS policies and practices.Will work collaboratively with stakeholders to create an overall architecture and strategy for learning programs for the company. Leads efforts to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve LMS-related system issues. Help identify and prevent problems before they occur.Ensure functionality of the LMS in the areas of registration, notification, administration of training operations, assessment and resource management.Partners with internal teammates to handle LMS heat tickets that come through the help desk.Coordinates and troubleshoots resolution of LMS issues with internal clients, end-users, and function-housed LMS administratorsDevelops and analyzes LMS reports and distribute to applicable stakeholders.Analyzes system outages and manages and monitors system performance.Coordinates, plans, and delivers LMS training along with other internal teammatesThe information contained in this job description is intended to describe the essential job functions required of those assigned to this job.
