Utilize equipment like Paper Cutter, Clicker Press, Preco Press, Apply PSA, Pack finished parts, Vulcanize Frames and Orings, Fabricate mesh gaskets and bond to silicone frames, and repack silicone in 300cc syringes. The working areas will be maintained in a clean and orderly manner by the end of every shift.Responsibilities:The Assembler/Packer is responsible to read work order instructions that will verify the correct tool, material, and lot number has been pulled for the work order. The following equipment or procedures will be used to fabricate products: Paper Cutter, Clicker Press, Preco Press, Apply PSA, Pack Finished Parts, Vulcanize Frames and Orings, Fabricate Mesh Gaskets and Bond to Silicone Frames, and Repack Silicone in 300cc Syringes. The 1st piece fabricated will be presented to Quality for inspection before any more parts are cut. Utilization of Inspection tools like Rulers, Height and Depth Gauge to check productWorking hours: 6:30 AM - 4:00 PMSkills:- Assemble components accurately, thoroughly and quickly to approved specifications. Conserve resources and supplies to facilitate minimum waste. Does visual inspection to ensure a quality product conforms to workmanship standards and engineering standards. Inform supervisors of any part or equipment defects to ensure prompt response to the problem. Tools are to be stored in shadow boxes provided at designated work stations. - The working areas will be maintained in a clean and orderly manner by the end of every shift.Education:No Degree RequiredExperience:0-1 yearsQualifications:Have previous warehouse exp.
