This is a great opportunity for a candidate that is looking for a company with advancement opportunity.Responsibilities:-Adjust machine setting by manually adding and maintaining supply of pellets to complete tasks in an accurate and timely manner.-Maintain specifications and observe operation of machine to detect malfunctions, adjust controls and inspect parts.-Resolves production problems by altering process to meet specifications and notify supervisor if additional resources are needed.-Document all actions, communications, irregularities, and continuing needs in a production log.Working hours: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AMSkills:-Ability to push, pull and lift up to 50lbs.-High level of attention to detail for all aspects of the job.-Reliable work history.-Punctuality and the willingness to learn.-Creatively solve problems.Education:High SchoolExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:-Previous production experience is a plus.-Must be able to train on 1st shift.
