Our client is a fiber drum packaging facility that has been operating in Millstone for 30+ years. It is a non-union facility. The company has free coffee in the break room and there are lockers available for the staffers. They can bring a lock for the lockers. The break room has refrigerators and microwaves available for use!A Bit about the company: The fiber drums range from the size of a paint can to 77-gallon drums which are used as shipping containers mostly. None of the positions require heavy lifting but there is a lot of repetitive motions. So, people are going to be sore after their first few days. There is an incredible emphasis on safety, and our client is proud to say that they are incident free for the last 3 years. They have weekly commitment-based safety meetings and all incidents throughout their facilities across the country are highlighted so that the local team members can learn from those incidents.Responsibilities:Duties:*Operates routine production machinery in accordance with prints and specifications provided.*Carry out routine activities that produces the required quantity of parts within established specifications and tolerances.*Measures finished parts with precision tools, ensuring compliance with function, quality, and cosmetic specifications.*Maintains logs and records of units produced.
