• Deliver tax advisory and planning services to high-net-worth individuals and families
• Prepare and review tax returns
• Partner closely with Investment Advisors to align financial and tax strategies
• Develop internal best practices for expanding tax capabilities under the firms umbrella
• Build trusted relationships with existing clients and assist in expanding the firms service offering

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ year experience in tax advisory or planning (flexible based on depth of experience)
•  Background in CPA firm, financial advisory/tax strategy, or wealth management preferred
• Bachelors in Accounting or Finance required
• CPA strongly preferred
• High attention to detail strong performance track record and low risk of error is essential given high client retention focus
• Interest in long-term growth and alignment with a team invested in shared success
• Ideal candidate brings an entrepreneurial mindset and potentially an existing book of business
