Trish Miller is the owner of Spherion’s Oxnard office, which she purchased in 2013 from a long-term owner who retired after 17 years of service to the local business community. While she is new to this office, she is not new to recruiting and staffing. Since 2007, Trish has owned and operated a successful Spherion office in Goleta, where she has earned a reputation of excellence among area businesses and talent. Her plan is to deliver the same high level of customer service and candidate satisfaction which she established during her tenure with the Spherion Goleta location. Focused on people, community involvement plays a big part her business. Trish is a proud member of the Oxnard Chamber of Commerce, and serves as a member of the Program Advisory Committee for the Ventura Technology Development Center. Prior to Spherion, she worked as a Human Resources professional for more than 20 years. Trish holds a BA degree from UCSB and a Master’s degree from the University of San Francisco.

She is usually the first contact for our clients and candidates and handles a variety of functions—from on-boarding and orientations, to candidate screening and payroll activity. Passionate about customer service, she faces each day with a smile and a commitment to service excellence. Eva recruits talent for a wide range of positions throughout Ventura County.
