Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, talent management, or a related role.Proven experience in designing and implementing effective training programs.Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure training effectiveness.Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms nationally or internationallyCertification in talent development or related areas is a plus.Preferred Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.Experience with leadership development and executive coaching.Knowledge of competency modeling and career pathing.Familiarity with performance management systems and processes.Strong project management and organizational skills.
