      Spherion, in partnership with Exact Sciences, is actively recruiting for multiple part-time Clinical Laboratory Scientists to join their collaborative and innovative team. This position performs laboratory analysis on clinical specimens using established laboratory procedures under the direction of the Laboratory Medical Director. As a Clinical Laboratory Scientist, you are responsible for recognizing and resolving problems using good laboratory practices.This temporary role is estimated to last 3-6 months based on business needs. Sources, identifies, recruits and screens potential candidates, conducts interviews (by phone or in person),administers appropriate assessments, checks references, makes recommendations and communicates offers ofemployment for both exempt and non-exempt position openings as assigned.6. Manages candidate activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).7. Collaborates with HR Strategic Business Partners to develop and implement workforce planning strategies thatallow proactive preparation for future hiring needs.8. Delivers training presentations as requested.9. Develops knowledge of current market place and trends to ensure competitive hiring.10. Cultivates and maintains excellent relationships and consistent communication with candidates and hiringsupervisors to promote teamwork and credibility.11. Establishes priorities, manages deadlines and exercises a high degree of professionalism in interactions with alllevels of internal and external clients.12. Maintains established performance criteria with respect to quality, process efficiency, productivity and speed.13. Ensures a remarkable candidate experience.14. Drives high satisfaction ratings with customers, hiring supervisors and managers, applicants, candidates andother leaders in the organization15. Works with hiring supervisors to ensure compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations.16. Other duties as assigned.Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:- Professional certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP- Experience utilizing a variety of talent acquisition approaches and platforms to achieve strategic talentobjectives including but not limited to referral programs, job fairs, Boolean logic searches- In-house recruiting experience targeting both passive and active candidates- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS applications- Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers- Demonstrated ability to work with supervisors and management and to develop strategic partnerships andrelationships of trust- Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office Suite products, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint- Experience in clinical, healthcare or corporate recruitment- HR experienceEducation:High SchoolExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:???
