      Working alongside our Warehouse and Sales teams and reporting to the Warehouse and Inventory Manager, the Inventory Control Specialist will regulate and report on daily adjustments to stock or raw material and finished goods, and will monitor and maintain inventory control measures on site.Responsibilities:- Monitor our Warehouse Management System- Maintain accuracy of receipt dates for both inbound and outbound shipments- Report daily inventory status updates - Liaise with Production and Warehouse personnel to ensure that material is available for dispatch on time and to advise sales accordingly.- Monitor dispatch dates daily and report any anticipated problems to Customer Services & Sales as appropriate- Assist in the quality activities to assure the company's customers receive products that meet their stated product specifications.- Maintain and develop a shared knowledge base of customer requirements, appropriate transport providers for each area and documentation requirements for each country.Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PMSkills:- Advanced level of Microsoft Office Applications- Ability to work independently and maintain strict timelines, as well as be part of a team - Self-motivated and ability to prioritize tasks - High level of accuracy and attention to detail- Able to report on big dataEducation:High SchoolExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
