      We are looking for a licensed Boileer Operator for our client in Winthrop, MN; this is a full-time DIRECT HIRE opportunity -- there IS NOT PROBATIONARY PERIOD! Awesome right? This person performing this capacity shall complete its responsibilities completely and in its entirety. The duties listed below are not intended to be a complete list of all the required duties, but are intended to give a general overview of the jobs requirements.Due to the nature of the position, hours will include every other weekend, some holidays, and possible overtime.Hours: 6:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m.Pay rate: $26.00 - $30.00 with $1.00 shift differential starting at 8:00 p.mResponsibilities:Primary responsibilities will be daily operations of High Pressure Steam Boiler. Any License held under a First-Class B, will need to be updated as soon as qualifications are met.Responsible for operations, maintenance, and repair of the boilers when on shift.Responsible for the ammonia system monitoring and operations.Monitoring of the air system and all the components that make up this system.Unloading of fuel oil and tank monitoring is required.Repair and maintenance of all plant equipment; primarily equipment and areas.Knowledge of electrical circuits and the ability to troubleshoot a problem.Be actively involved in the preventative maintenance program.Welding of mild and stainless steel and electrical duties as needed.Plumbing and piping knowledge.Ability to remove, repair and replace pumps, motors, and other equipment.Follow all DFA GMP?s and work in a manner consistent with all corporate and regulatory, food safety, quality and sanitation requirements.Attends required training, including but not limited to: GMP?s, HAACP, SQF, Safety, etc.All other duties as assigned.
