      Spherion has partnered with a growing, fast paced beverage manufacturer seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to join their team located in Haines City, FL. This position is responsible for the operation of the computerized maintenance management system (Asset Essentials) including administration of work orders, preventive maintenance logs, parts procurement, parts inventory and reporting processes. In this position, the clerk must work closely with the Maintenance Manager to maintain equipment logs, preventive maintenance schedules, job plans, spare parts listings, and vendor lists utilizing CMMS software. Must develop and maintain processes to keep accurate records of all items entering and leaving the maintenance storeroom and ensure that all inventories are maintained at the proper levels. Will be required to purchase items for the department under the direction of the Maintenance Manager.
