        We're looking for a Logistics Coordinator for our transportation client that is committed to applying the highest possible standards of service professionalism, and ethical principles daily as they work with shippers and carriers. The Logistical Coordinator will be the point of contact for the major accounts for daily operations for the Midwest Division. They will also analyze incoming orders to determine if the team can handle the order under quoted constraints of customers' needs.Responsibilities:- Routes loads to meet customer's needs, save fuel and layover time.- Communicates proactively with customer and truck sales department regarding orders in jeopardy, service exceptions.- Enter loads from customer tendered via fax, phone, email, customer web or EDI in the JTS system.- Oversees the service recovery process to ensure the expectations of the customer are met.- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions.- Dispatch drivers and/or the carriers' office dispatch, including contacting, telling where to pick up/deliver, when, temperature of truck, route to take.- Provide detailed instructions to properly route drivers.- Monitor daily pickups and deliveries.- Communicate with drivers and shipping personnel to ensure trucks have loaded orders complete.- Update account managers and carrier procurement representatives on problem loads and what actions have been taken.- Take check calls from drivers and/or office dispatchers confirming locations and miles to destination ensuring that loads will deliver on time.- Schedule and/or reschedule delivery appointments.- Verify that loads have arrived on time and in good condition.- Validate all load data prior to marking loads delivered for accounting purposes.- Review invoicing and paperwork submitted by carriers for payment- Review billing information for invoice processing.- Other projects and tasks as assigned.Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:- Multi task and prioritize time-sensitive situations- Excellent verbal and communication skills- Problem solving skills- Detailed orientedEducation:High SchoolExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:- High school or Equivalent- 2 years of logistics experience- Must be able to communicate by phone and email- Must be able to work in a high paced atmosphere- Must be willing to work on call some nights, weekends and holiday Apply Today!Spherion has helped thousands of people just like you find work happiness! Our client is Dane County's longest-serving independent, multi-specialty health care provider, and they are looking for a Care Team Representative!The Pediatric Care Team Representative provides assistance to patients in person and over the phone to coordinate care; assists the clinical care team members to coordinate all post-appointment follow-ups; and performs various clerical duties for physicians and nursing staff.Responsibilities:- Immediately acknowledge and greet patients and others in a positive and helpful manner, providing directions, information, and other assistance as needed. Diffuse difficult patient situations and refer patient concerns to appropriate parties- Check patients in, in a friendly, professional manner. Verify patient demographic, insurance and primary care provider (PCP) information. Provide HIPAA Privacy Notice and receipt forms as required by law. Provide and assist patients with other forms as needed, general monitoring of the waiting room- Answer telephone in a pleasant and professional manner, identifying department and name.
