      The Sales Support role will focus on assisting the sales team with day to day sales operations ensuring solid sales growth while maintaining outstanding customer service.       We're looking for a customer oriented individual to work with an engineering team to help resolve issues for customers. You will assist customers by collaborating with cross functional teammates to address the customers'unique building requirements. If you are a problem solver who likes to help people this could be the role for you!Responsibilities:- Prepare service parts and production parts orders based on customer requests.- Receive customer calls and record issues and or complaints and record these into the CRM database and initiate corrective action plans.- Input information to CRM, Navision and related sales information systems.- Having the ability to work in a fast paced, sometimes stressful environment.- Having the ability to deal with sometimes upset and demanding Customers or field crews.- Work directly with Engineering to determine errors and resolve field issues.- Receive calls from building installers and answer their question regarding job site part components or building drawings.- Work directly with Regional Sales Managers and customers to get customer service issues properly defined and resolved.- Respond to customer information requests collaborating with other departments for appropriate responses.- Answer incoming phone calls and routing the caller to the appropriate person or department.Working hours: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PMSkills:- Candidates with knowledge of building systems, structural design, products and services are preferred.- Experience with Microsoft Office products including CRM and Excel would be preferred.- Having the capability to read and understand Engineering drawings a plus.Education:AssociateExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:- Degree in business or construction management.
