A master's degree or other post-graduate degree (e.g., masters or juris doctorate) is strongly preferred.- Minimum 5 years of relevant compliance experience in provider organizations, including leadership responsibilities for compliance program operations.- A thorough working knowledge of the healthcare industry regulatory environment, particularly laws and regulations pertaining to participation in the Medicare and Medicaid programs, fraud and abuse laws, regulatory programs, compliance programs and financial and internal control systems/procedures. - Professional certification in compliance (CHC, CCEP, and CHPC) is desirable- Must be comfortable working in a large, complex organization with a matrix management structure.
