In this position, teammembers must be able to communicate effectively and work in a team environmentResponsibilities:* Handling of glass and willing to run a hoist as needed* Continuous quality checks throughout each process* Working with computer programs and software to run equipment* Testing of product at different processes* Maintain a clean work area- 5S* Ability to work effectively as a team and individually* Ability to troubleshoot and respond quickly to minimize downtime* Decision making and good judgment to keep production flowing* Ability to multi-task and get the job completed to standard* Cross train in other areasWorking hours: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AMSkills:* Computer experience* Good attendance record* Good safety record* Ability to understand and follow standard operating procedures in the English languageEducation:High SchoolExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:* Manufacturing experience* Glass handling experience* Advanced computer experience in a manufacturing environment* Forklift experienceWORKING CONDITIONS (Indicate amount of travel, unusual work hours/shifts orenvironmental conditions.)40 hours per week ? overtime and weekends may be requiredTemperature controlled automated manufacturing processPHYSICAL DEMANDS (List only physical requirements that are essential to the positionand/or cannot be easily accommodated.)Ability to lift 35 lbsAbility to sit and/or stand for long periods of timeAbility to safely handle glass and manufacturing equipment Let's Seal the Deal!
