Spherion Temple is looking for an Inside Sales Representative for a business in Belton, TX!Work Schedule: Monday-ThursdayRate - $18-$20 Per Hour 10am-4pm, 1 Hour LunchResponsibilities:- Generate pricing and quotes- Daily search or opportunities - Beta.Sam.Gov, Unison, and Fedbid Marketplace- Marketing campaigns- Manage Social Media- Create slick sheets- Manage Online Store, data entry, pricing, quotes, store specials/sales, vendor, and marketing specials- Direct mail marketing- Vendor relations- Interact with Finance on inventory listing and management- Support Outside Sales team in a timely and responsive manner- Enter data and keep Monday up to date on opportunities, bids, quotes, sales, etc.- Enter quotes in Xero for review- Understand BOE spreadsheets and be able to create drafts in a timely fashion- Understand government contracting/FAR/DLA- Understand Berry/TAA compliance- Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information, ideas and leads- Maintain records of all customers- Develop product knowledge by studying product descriptions and training modulesWorking hours: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PMSkills:- Skills in Microsoft Office, Adobe, organization, scheduling, categorizing and efficiency- Demonstrate excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills- Ability to proof work and that of other team members- Excellent mathematical skills- Customer service oriented- Outgoing- Self-motivated- Detail-oriented- Team player- Familiarity with government and military sales and various contracting methods- Marketing experience is a plus- Business development- Ability to effectively organize and present information- Always maintain a professional demeanor- Ability to keep information confidential- Be kind and courteous to all colleagues and clientsEducation:BachelorsExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:- 3+ years of experience in government sales a plus- Bachelor?s degree or Work Equivalent- Good research skills and attention to detail APPLY and CALL 254-778-0533!
