      The experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Manager would manage and oversee the Quality Management System (QMS) and the products produced at a brand new facility in Austin, MN. This exempt, salaried position will work closely with all departments and external stakeholders as an integral part of the team.An emphasis on training and hands on management will be imperative. The individual hired will be expected to assist with plant startup and acceptance testing to take place in July 2022. In the meantime, the QA Manager will develop an understanding of our manufacturing process by assisting with production runs at our contract manufacturing plants and work with the Director of Quality to build the plants QMS.
