      Spherion Staffing is searching for an experienced Roofing Department Manager to provider supervision of all aspects for the residential roofing department for steep slope/pitched roofs. Responsible for budgeting and achieving and/or exceed sales goals; to grow the business in all territories; to provide excellent customer service; to manage installers, subcontractors and sales professionals up to company standards to achieve desired growth. Setting-up, coordinating, and managing all aspects of multiple crews and projects simultaneously with an equal emphasis on safety, quality and productivity.
