Day to day direction of maintenance technicians in the support of production, by maintaining equipment, building and utilities.Responsibilities:-Ensure safety rules are followed by direct reports and others-Direct and supervise Team Leaders and Maintenance-Technicians in day-to-day assignments-Coordinate preventative maintenance plans-Coordinate and monitor outside contractors-Coordinate progression levels through skill blocks-Process direct report timecar
