      Spherion Staffing is looking to fill a Warehouse Order Puller Picker Packer position which is with our client, an independent full service healthcare distributor. Qualified applicants should be able to work independently, efficiently and accurately. In this role, you will manage pick ticket orders from warehouse staff and management and physically pull inventory from the shelves to ensure accurate delivery of warehouse products. This position will also pack orders while ensuring orders are accurate and records of inventory are kept up to date for a smooth flow in warehouse operations.Work hours Sunday 3pm-close (usually around midnight); Monday through Thursday 4pm to close (usually 1:00am). Friday and Saturday are off.       The Shipping/Receiving Supervisor is responsible for efficiently controlling productivity through direct supervision of warehouse associates. Shipping/Receiving Supervisors are responsible for leading, training and supervising all associates under this position. They are responsible for safe loading/unloading of all customers' product. They are required to check and complete all required paperwork. They are also required to maintain inventories, operate forklifts, and perform quality checks. Shipping/Receiving Supervisors will need to communicate any issues to management in a timely manner.
