This is full-time position with a work schedule between the hours of 7am and 6:30 pm. Schedules are Mon-Fri. Pay is $18 per hour for English speakers and $19.50 for bilingual English / Spanish speakers.Responsibilities:Answer incoming callsIdentify concernsResolve issues or transfer to appropri
