Instill a proper expectation, through the initial on boarding process as well as in-field training.- Ensure CertaPro signs are on each job site as well as additional placement of signs in strategic areas around designated territory.- Ensure each crew is maintaining a clean and brand friendly production vehicle.- Ensure any additional job documentation (change orders, lead safe sign offs) are properly signed, filed and documented with office staff.- Process job jackets and invoices from crews for completion and submit to accounting in a timely fashion to allow for crews to be paid expeditiously.Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:- Bilingual Spanish speaker preferred, but not required- Ability and willingness to drive responsibly throughout southeastern Wisconsin- Strong leadership and communication skills are a necessity- Analytical mind and a strong eye for detailsEducation:High SchoolExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:- Familiarity with the painting trade and processes is a plus, but not a requirement- Assume responsibility for a company vehicle- Willingness to embrace company ideals and help make the vision a reality Apply now!Spherion has helped thousands of people just like you find work happiness!
