      Opportunity working for a well established, retail, service, sales organization with corporate offices in Butte, Montana. Position is temporary with opportunity for long term with competitive benefits. Pay is DOE and may have the option for overtime. Available to work on call, weekends and nights depending on need and work flow. Performs a variety of duties related to the service, maintenance, troubleshooting and technical assistance both remote and in person to locations throughout Montana. Currently remote and phone access to users per Help Desk support to field locations.This includes, but is not limited to repairs, parts support, machine prep, installation. Opportunity to work with a seasoned team of industry professionals. Position is temporary for now with opportunity for exposure to other departments.Responsibilities:Position is considered entry level providing support to the gaming services technical and service group. Reports to Supervisor who oversees operations, regulations and technical support.Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:General computer and networking knowledge, proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. SAP system experience a Plus! Ability to read and interpret documents, instructions, manuals and specifications. Communication skills, both verbal and written. Internal and external customer service in ability to listen and instruct users. Valid Drivers license. Ability to travel if needed. Mileage reimbursed. Ability to deal with customer issues in a professional manner.
