      Industrial Manufacturing Maintenance Technician: $17-$25/hr If find helper then $15-$22/hrRole will depend on experience and KnowledgeIndustrial Manufacturing Maintenance Technician: Will be under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager, will perform general maintenance and repairs of large production machinery, in addition to facility maintenance including plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, heating and cooling, and other building systems.Maintenance Technician/Helper: Will assists the Maintenance Manager and the Industrial Mfg. Maintenance Technician with installation and repairs of machinery, equipment, physical structures, and pipe and electrical systems, in addition to facility maintenance.Responsibilities:Duties/Responsibilities for the Industrial Maintenance Tech??? Performs preventive maintenance inspections and service on manufacturing equipment.??? Performs preventive maintenance and repair on fork trucks, pallet jacks, stand on jacks, tractors, trailers, box trucks and other Company veihicles??? Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs.??? Thoroughly cleans machines and machine parts, removing parts and reinstalling as necessary.??? Oils and lubricates moving parts on machines to ensure effective performance.??? Records and reports damaged, worn, or broken parts.??? Orders and installs replacement parts for machines.??? Identifies the causes of unexpected breakdowns of machines.??? Repairs broken machines quickly and efficiently.??? Prepares reports documenting work performed.??? Cleans, organizes, inventories, stocks, and otherwise maintains shop areas, parts, tools, and supplies. ??? Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Example may include repairing drywall, painting, and repairing doors, plumbing fixtures and other building fixtures.??? Performs routine maintenance on building systems.??? Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facilities??? Performs other related duties as assigned. IF AT A HELPER LEVEL THEN:???
