Our client is seeking the right candidate that has the goal of making sure the office runs smoothly while taking care of patients as well and the staff. This is a temp to hire position. The work hours are Monday to Friday 8:30AM to 5PM.Responsibilities:* Responsible for intake of referrals, scheduling assessments and input into EHR.* Responsible for reminding clients of initial and concurrent assessment appointments and preparing documents for initialassessment appointments.* Responsible for communicating upcoming initial and concurrent assessments and concurrent reviews with TeamManager and/Clinical Manager.* Responsible for monthly insurance verification and updating insurance into EHR.* Responsible for posting authorizations into EHR as they are received.* Responsible for updating unit (service summary) spreadsheet issuing assignment sheets to community support workersweekly* Responsible for reviewing community support workers logs weekly for overlaps and overages.* Responsible for maintaining contact with community support workers regarding changes in client status and overlaps oroverages.* Responsible for reviewing timesheets for office staff and submitting to payroll department.* Responsible for completing weekly census report, hours worked report and projection reports and submitting to designated corporate staff.* Responsible for making sure that all new client and medical charts are made with accurate, updated information.* Responsible for client charts and maintenance of chart room.* Maintain adequate amount of office supplies.* Attend and record minutes of the weekly staff meetings.* Follow all safety rules.* Complete annual training as it relates to job description.Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:* High integrity* Detail oriented* Good Organizational and Communications abilities.* Work well with other personnel.Education:High SchoolExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:* Familiarity with clinical and administrative functions of rehabilitation Services* Willingness to learn quickly about laws and regulations relating to privacy of health information. apply online www.spherion.com.
