      Spherion has partnered with a rapidly growing provider of risk management, insurance & employee benefits seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join their Naples Team. The primary responsibility will be to service and retain personal lines accounts with both new and existing clients and there is an expectation to build and maintain relationships with clients. This person will seek growth opportunities within the book of business and handle inside service work associated with the client's insurance program. The role will also be responsible for maintaining positive client relationships while providing high quality service with a focus on the profitability of the business to the agency.
