The Plant Manager is an integral part of the Production Management team. This role is responsible for leading the manufacturing process through inspiration and engagement of employees on the plant floor. While motivating and leading employees is desirable the plant manager is also responsible for operational efficiency at this facility. The Plant Manager will be responsible for developing KPI’s to achieve these goals. In addition to KPI development the plant manager is expected to maintain the highest quality and safety standards.
