      *On the phones 90% of the day mostly incoming calls but could be some outbound calls, as well.*Candidate can use this as a foot in to the organization - stepping stone to get into HR.*Need to be comfortable with technology, as they will be using up to 5 different programs even within one phone call.*You will be speaking with people who are excited about starting their new jobs. After the new hire has accepted the job offer, this contractor will handle all paperwork and employee health appointment, onboarding, etc.*Candidate needs to be familiar with Outlook, SharePoint, Excel.
