The Bureau of Enrollment and Eligibility has many large-scale initiatives which have enormous positive outcome possibilities. One, which has heightened focus, is the WI FoodShare program. The focus will initially launch a large system modernization plan. The PM will work in tandem with a DHS staff lead and PM. Other areas in which the PM will be responsible are including but not limited to, organizing all facets of the projects using the BEEP project process, organizing meetings, tracking deliverables, routing policy decisions, and coordinating across sections and through interactions with multiple different internal and external stakeholders. The Project Manager will assist all Section Manager Advisors and other relative stakeholders (as identified in the project process) with creating and maintaining project documentation and managing the bureaus project portfolio as it relates to the federally approved funding.
