      Provide support for location HR managers/location timekeepers to process the weekly payrolls for our employees within time requirementsResponsibilities:-Collects, prepares and submits weekly, biweekly, and monthly payrolls using Ultimate Software-Maintain and document all payroll records-Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or concerns promptly-Update employee tax status as needed as well as any information regarding withholding-Initiates new direct deposits and monitors security of this data ? confirms with employee before changing-Data entry and organization of payroll for weekly, biweekly, and monthly payrolls-General knowledge of current taxation of salaries, benefit limits, etc.-Offers support in tracking employee leave of absence and administers payments-Process and monitor garnishment and support orders-Maintains biweekly non-exempt timesheets and processes any overtime due-Weekly reporting summary of taxes, support/garnishments, net pay by division/paygroup-Clerical function involving filing, copying and mailing of certain itemsWorking hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:Knowledge of timekeeping and payroll systems; experience with Ultimate Software and Kronos a plusAbility to work well under deadlinesAbility to maintain privacy and confidentialityAble to work well with othersAbility to prioritize tasksAbility to effectively communicate verbally and in writingContribute to a productive and positive work environment.
