Ideal candidate should have knowledge of Bit Error Rate Testers, Digital Communication Analyzers (DCAs), attenuators, power supplies, optical light meters, oscilloscopes, signal generators, digital multimeters. Knowledge of optical test methodologies and test data, such as sensitivity, transmit eye patterns, receiver electrical eye patterns, jitter, dB loss, transmit power, dispersion, ect. Performs tests using auto/manual-- procedures and techniques, makes repairs to Test Equipment malfunctions.
