        Spherion is currently seeking to fill a temp to PERMANENT Packaging Position for our Local Award-Winning Aluminum Fence Manufacturing Company!!Employees will be responsible for the packaging of a variety of the company's Aluminum fencing product line. This role supports several areas of manufacturing, including quality and assembly. Employees will also be manually moving product, stock, or other materials and performing general labor tasks.Responsibilities:-Perform production duties such as manual lifting, packaging, taping, labeling operations, and sorting. -Work in teams to remove fencing from the conveyor and pack the product for shipment.-Move product and inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual lifting. -Report any defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.-Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow all prescribed safety regulations. -Break down cardboard for recycling as required. -Other duties may be assigned based on the needs of the business. **IMMEDIATE NEED ON 2ND SHIFT**Monday-Friday (Sat.
