      The Warehouse and Facilities Manager is responsible for effectively planning, directing, and coordinating all activities and operations of the warehouse and facilities functions for all companies. This position participates with management in the planning and implementation of current and future functions of the Warehouse.Responsibilities:1 Supervision: (35%) Interview, orient, and train and hire staff as necessary. Hold scheduled performance reviews, recommending salary adjustments when warranted. Maintain complete and thorough documentation of employee performance and personnel issues. Ensure job descriptions of staff are up-to-date and functions are performed at the expected level. Communicate and provide opportunities for employee growth.2 Continually review procedures and explore opportunities to gain efficiencies.
