This is a temp-to-perm or permanent position for a global logistics company located in Wake Forest! Great culture and benefits. Learn more!Responsibilities:Daily/Weekly- Extract data from SAP, and collate and complete a variety of reports- Communicate and share KPI???s with the Operational Team- Run workload reports for distribution teams, system cleanup reports, Inbound tracking reports, transit time reports and more- Print and receipt invoices. Print and check the invoices to ensure that they are compliant, and the services have been received. Code invoices for payment. Create CSV file to upload invoice receipt. - Review Unscheduled order logMonthly/Annually:- Review budgets, and create non-trade PO???s for the coming quarter, and ensure that the vendors have them to correctly invoice. - Finance Rework Report. Collate data from Rework and Wholesale time reports, to produce hours used in report.- Pick Time by Market report. Extract data from SAP, and collate and complete the report- Monthly Operational Report. Extract data from SAP, and collate and complete the monthly report for DC02 and DC04- Transportation KPI reports, extract data from SAP and Platinum Circle to complete monthly KPI report. KPI reports to include spend, on-time transit, lost packages and damages. - Budget report. Extract data from BW, and report on Operational cost. Highlighting risks. - Operational consolidated KPI reports. - Vendor statement review, to ensure all outstanding invoices are paid. - Monthly accrual report to ensure that all unpaid invoices are accounted for in the correct month. - Month S&OP capacity report. Extract Data from SAP, and complete report for Monthly S&OP meeting- Mail Room account reporting. Extract data from Platinum Circle, to compile a usage report, of the UPS mail room account, so that the costs can be moved the corresponding departments. - DC04 Damage report.
